Japanese sumo sports is really fun activities challenging weight and health. Japanese sumo wrestler must undergo the difficult process of fattening up. Hard to eat every meal, and then went to sleep; to do some very intense exercise, make the ribs, muscle growing up.
The big sumo wrestlers can eat as much as foods of 5-6 ordinary people a meal, not make fun of appetite, after dinner, some sumo wrestlers usually have to eat a lot of cream cakes and other desserts, immediately go to bed. They eat a special meals called Hot Pot. This is a typical feeding, that is to put beef, fish, soy products, vegetables in a large pot and stew.

Japanese sumo has no level classification, so the more heavier, the more advantage, therefore, sumo wrestlers have to get fatten in order to gain good grades,  fattening weight become a very important training. In order to increase weight, wrestlers usually eat fattening food and sleep. The heaviest sumo wrestlers in Japanese history is 550 kg.
